Ayutthaya & back by boat

Actually the title here may be a little misleading as we travelled to Ayutthaya by coach and returned to Bangkok by boat.

This was another long all day outing and another 7 AM early start.

This time due to the distances involved we had to join a group tour and after being collected from our hotel by minibus were soon transferred to a larger coach there joining the rest of our party.

Ayutthaya is the former capital of Thailand and is situated about 100 km North of Bangkok.
