Welcome to the latest edition of the Pattaya Otter Newsletter.
As all the comments received on the last edition seem to prefer the revised format, we have retained it for this and future editions.
This edition covers the period from mid September to mid October and reports on events as diverse as the annual buffalo races at Chonburi and the Jesters charity fair held in Pattaya.

The Royal Cliff hotel invited Wine Club members to attend a gala cocktail evening to celebrate it’s Grill Room restaurant being given an International award of excellence.
